Injected mBotCrack but i still have this problem.
I can't take fmod.dll from 'Process' because it doesn't appear.

Did you followed the instructions I've wrote?
Try to re-extract again or download the version which exist in the thread.

BGoW has a good guide, all above already said, but try doing it step by step

I could ask you the same thing, why not windows 8? Sure it took some time to get used to the new interface but after a few days it didn't bother me at all,
The programs I use the most are pinned at my taskbar and if I want to search something (which is the problem for most people to not upgrade) I simply tab my windows button as I did in windows 7 and start to type what I want.

I have to say the search screen is much more clear since it uses the ENTIRE space to show what's found and not a little crappy start menu where you have to scroll trough the items. Owh and you can even filter the found items so you ONLY see the programs or control panel settings or whatever you want, and then the best thing is the one click search in an app so you can directly search wikipedia or google.

You just have to use it for a little while and a multi touchpad certainly helps but it also works just fine on my desktop.
