Having problems with pb accounts

Hi,i cant acess to my accounts by bigpoint,i tried sometimes and it redirects me to the account and then it logs out and do the error 99
After the logout i cant enter for 30 minutes

can someone try too?

Then you have mostly a Perma ban , mail support about it

Perma ban how?THis account got stole months ago so i cant bot,and the guy who have it dont play on it xD
