[Help]TQ binary Accserver!

after following the guide my MsgSrver works and my NPCsrver works but my accserver doesnt run it say's *cant run file*

and im havin an error while opening the COaccountserver and keygen..

how do i fix this kind of error?

When u open Key and put serial in acc server 5065 don't open ok ?
For Open Acc Server 5065 u need NetFrameWork2.0 ,SP3 windows.
