Which is the most active CH only server?

The title explains itself, I'm looking for a nice CH only server which is well populated.

The best one I could find was Devias. Unfortunately their final gear (custom made, they are very proud of it)'s gayness is that huge that I would even prefer a less populated server, so Devias is ruled out.

all ZSZC servers have CH character only
