[Question] NpcServer And MsgServer Problem

Hi
Im posting this thread because i checked everywhere inside and outside elitepvpers and didnt find a conclusion.
I tried to change username and password in the config and shell.ini and it didnt work either.
the image shows the problem...

something is wrong in database.check it.

1st. Leave the user name and the pass: test dont even try to change it
2nd. Just "alt+catrl+delete">prossec than kill mysql-nt or any mysqld after that try ur server again

u mean before im starting the start.bat?

hmm tried didnt work...
the CoAcc writes me this if mysql isnt working when im trying to run it

MySql.Data.MySqlClient.MySqlException: Unable to connect to any of the specified MySQL hosts. ---> System.Exception

Change root to test.

tried that....
root is the username and I cant change it.

just be sure in ur coaccserver:
DataBase:test nt testDB...
Db pass:test
Db name:test etc,etc

and dnt 4get to open winphpmyadmin.exe

Ive solved the MsgServer problem but im still stuck with the NpcServer.
When I open the NpcServer it writes me this :

guys i canțt connect to server with the client loading and than error and i see in server my ip tring and bla bla.. and i see now that npc server is not works is writing there connect to server.. connect connect and... and.. no no working please if any1 can help me pm me!!!
