Need Server Files English

i need help.Want to get my hands on server files for dekarn but i cant find them.I know there are alots of private servers i want to make one for my friends,not to put on line for now because in my country dedicated servers are to expensive.

I downloaded those files but it's missing some files ... not like the video tutorial

If your talking about the webserver that came with the first files released by ross You don't need it anymore.

i downloaded it also and it doesnt have the dbmon in it.
