Unknown WIndows Problem?

Hi Guy's
It's my first time in this section so i hope i'm in the right place:D

On one of my Servers, quickly popped up this message: [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
I tought first maybe i have a virus but on full server is no virus and i also uploaded each document to virustota, all with 0 virus

I searched in google but there stays nothing about this...

Somebody has an idea what it could be ?

( It's still open because i dont know what i should press :D

What the... I have no idea what that is.. But i believe its a virus or ransomware. Try pressing the survey button and completing the survey...

Hm i have not done this step because MAYBE it's just the pre-step before a virus :SSS

It is a virus... It will probably mess up everything if you don't do the survey. Try scanning with different scanners and maybe it will show up.
