How do i reset the noble ranks, a stupid GM donated 115kkk

There is likely a table in your cq database. Either that or it is likely listed in the player's row. Look around, you'll find it.

in cq_user there is Donation, but wheni change it, nothing happen

after you change Donation on cq_user you have to Donate on Game jus add 3m and your Donate will Change
