[Request]Alittle problem need to be solved

when i trying to create a char in my own server it say strange words cannot be read and it is not cearted
can anyone help??

it would be better if u mentioned the db u use and how u cr8 a char

translate your strres.ini then you will be able to read this error

need to know your db to help any further
