Server is Up but the client Says Its not

Hello there ,

Account Server , Message Server and NPC server is up but when i try to login with the client i get this msg " The Server Is Down " tho the worlds.dat is set to 127.0.0.1

i did try another user but its all the same

i did recheck root@localhost privileges for JZ and jz_acc and they got all

but when i try to check all privileges for JZ using navicat then press save it get unselected again i dk why tho they r selected using wamp

1. step 1. check your winmsqladdmin and look at your local ip adress
2. check your external adress for your ip
3. reconfigure your all your files
4. use a hex editor and reconfigure your world.dat
5. if all else fails check your ports and make sure their open

i did check all files again and again even set it up twice but still got the same msg when i try to log in , should i change any date inside the server ? or the server files are complete ? :(
