[How to] Add Avatar Dress/Attach

Hi,

iam using the vSro 1.88 Client.
But in Item Mall is no Avatar Dress and No Attachment Category.

How i can edit it ?

Do you have any media where it is activated ?
i checked all positions all data got service 1
also in database is got service 1

so i dont know what to doo -.-
