Attacking islands on 0hp

hi ive seen hitting islands on 0 hp works again as many people are doing it, but i cannot seem to do it right so please could someone tell me what i need to do aswell as being on 0hp to be able to hit an island without it hitting back. thanks

you only need to go with 0 hp to island and shot tower but don t shoot to tower with HP bouse tower will shot you with out HP too

I think he mean that you can attack the towers, but the towers, which skill on hp (defensive) shot back.

yeh it does, ive ahd it explained to me now... run out island and let it sink you (DONT HIT IT AT ALL) then go back on 0hp and enjoy :)
