Problem Using English Patch

Alright, I've been trying to get this english patch to work for like 2 days now and I've got nothing. I extracted the .pak and replaced all the files in the folders, ive added the .pak to the folder, ive removed the CHS and CHS.pak, my regional is all set but the game either stays in the current language or, when i add the ENU.pak file into the folder, it just doesn't respond all together. Someone, please help me out with getting this thing to work in english.

Did you modify the versionInfo_AION.ini?

You don't need to modify the versionInfo_AION.ini.

Just copy the ENU.pak to the L10N folder, don't delete ANY files at all.

Set your windows regional settings to English (US), all settings in the regional and language options to English (US).

(Control panal > Regional and language options)

i do it so
> PATCH THE CLIENT
>1. copy the CHS folde at the L10N folder (then u hav 2 CHS folders) and name one ENU
>2. download ENU.pak and copy it to the L10N Folder > then u hav CHS, ENU folders and CHS.pak and ENU.pak
>3. modify ur version ini file
>4. and set it to readable only !!!!! its importent
>5 set ur regional settings to english US or USA
> start the game over shortcut !
then all should be english when u are ingame !

Some people need that..It didn't work for me without changing it..so..?

Sometimes you may have to delete everything except your ENU.pak in the L10N folder..

I did it, deleted everything at L10N folder, only stays ENU.pak and changed the versionInfo_AION.ini but game still in chinese

if i delete everything except enu.pak, it says that its missing those files and starts downloading and applying them ..(yes i did change the file property to 'read only' by right clicking and selecting properties)
and what am i modifying versionInfo_AION.ini in to?
