Question about thread-design

Hey guys,

so I wanted to release something in the forums and I designed my thread via photoshop and save it as a jpeg. After that I uploaded it to imageshack.us and wanted to use it in my thread with "[IMG]link[/IMG]".
My Problem: The picture doesn't show up. There's just nothing. What am I doing wrong?

PS: Mod, feel free to move this thread since I don't know in which section I should ask.

you need to post the hardlink of the picture (so you only see the
picture and not anything else).

The [img]-tag is only avaliable to users with 50 posts or more.
