I was wondering if some of you found a server protection that is less that Hyperfilter and has the same effect! :)
I would be thankfull if some of you could share your server protection providers if you have one that is cheaper!
Thank you in advance! :)

Ekhm, is this topic about "perfect English"?! I think that not. So, please guys don't spam if it's not needed.
He is asking about an antiddos provider which is cheaper than Hyperfilter and has the same "effect" (i think that here he meant that the same protection :P).

@Thread , DDoS isnt stopable. it's just the beginning to destroy sro servers.
But , the best secure for now , is hyper filter.

well just to tell u , hyperfilter isnt secure at all , as for the beggining just setup the firewall in a proper way ( Cherno has a thread on RZ about it ) and clean ur client / server from viruses .. there are many threads about securing the machine ..

Still , those won't help when you get DDoSed with 2Gbps :)

There's some other DDOS protection services that's cheaper than Hyper Filter.

Also what's that 2Gbps ?

incoming traffic of a medium strength ddos attack.

talk to me if you're interested :)

about the flamers here on the board: think whatever you want, that you know it all.
I have often proven that my configuration is completely effective about these wanna-be-hacker attacks. You smart-asses should actually first investigate and learn before you come here and say "uhh. doos attack 9999gbps unstoppable".
If you know the type of attack, you can actually determine if it's stoppable or not.
And "unfortunately" these attacks on private gaming servers are simply cheap and easy to avoid.

Sorry, but i won't get further into detail and defend my point of view. You have my opinion about this issue, and I'm sick of having to repeat it over and over again.
As I'm a loyal person, i won't "sell" crap that doesn't work.

Thanks for telling me what's the in-coming traffic for an attack.
With that question I meant there are important things than the incoming traffic.
Also 2Gb is nothing.
