Moderator Application - Conquer Online

Why do you want to be moderator?

The Conquer section is in need of a 'do-over' and tidying up. I personally think i am the person for that job. When i firstly came here it was from another forum aka rage****, wont say the name incase of advertising issues. Which i had been there for ages, but this forum appealed to me so i thought id observe for awhile then started posting. The community seemed fine but after awhile i noticed people were abusing the section by spamming and posting inappropreate threads for no reason what so ever, which also resulted in alot of flaming aswell. I have past experiance as a moderator and can get the job done :D

How much experience do you have with the section you are applying for?

I have been playing conquer online for about 5 Years now since ' back in the day' lol

Programming terms about 3-4 years iv been programming in C# which is the main language used to make most private servers related to conquer online 2.0.

Also iv been moderator on like 30+ different private servers, been a graphics person editing the conquer client image files and also have an history in hacking with proxys and memory hacking

Do you have enough time to visit the board?

To much time i think, i can be on the forums everyday for most of the day moderating.

Have you been active in the section before posting this application?

Yes iv been part of e*pvpers for a while now interacting with the community.


Do you have a lot of patience with questions which you think thyselve that they are very stupid?

Ofcouse being a moderator i think you have to be patient, in which case i will be.

Can you act good in general with other human beings?

Id think so, well i have 460 contacts on my msn and most like me xD. Ye i can make friends easily.

Did you ever operate as an moderator before?

Iv never been a moderator on here no. But iv been moderator on like 30+ different conquer private server forums in the past. Im not a moderator on any forum at present.

I think i would fit the moderating spot perfectly, i can get the job done and can identify problems from day 1. Would also like to point out i have 100+ pms and all have been replied to so if members pm with questions or problems regarding the section i can get them answered as soon as im on. I am also clued up in all of the other sections. Private Servers, Programming, hacks and Conquer Online in general.

He has been a big help to me, he has helped me a lot with programming.
He is a really tallented programmer and would be good for the conquer section of the site.

i think he will be the best person for the job he as work as moderator on my private server before and he made sure every issue was resolved

Thanks. Celebrate, admins can check trippleas ip address/ect anyway thats not me. I just told him on msn to sum up how much of a help iv been to him good or bad and to post it here =).

I think Ultimatum should deff get the spot. He has contributed a lot of things to the community, is willing to help even if your clueless like myself, doesnt get rude while trying to help you, and doesnt mind taking time off what hes working on to help. Great coder/Great Guy for the job.

@trane - I answered & rephrased the questions accordingly and don't see any error in my application. If you feel i didn't please point them out.

'-Location' why would that affect anything?
'-post count' yes my post count might not meet the standards however i posted this application to make a difference in the conquer online 2 section. As alot of senior members in the conquer section have noticed a change since a year- back, i feel it needs a moderator that is active, can moderate and as a good knowledge of conquer online in which case i applied since i match them 'needs' and want to make a difference.
