Problem happy tool

hi guys i open this topic because as i have written the of i have problme whit happy tool that is my firend open server but candidated me gm but i open happy tool i'm inserted ip andress me and my friend and i'm inserted ip hamachi but i get writing faild to connect to server if anyone knows how to fix it kindly write here post ^^ sorry for some words but i'm not very very good write english :)

I am the creator of server,i have created it and i can use happy tool.. but i need another gm and i select Piloric as gm.. I give him my hamachi ip,the number of port and id and pasword to log in on happy tool,but he can't connect(failed to connect to server). Can someone help us?? Thanks =)
