Ok I have searched and searched.. It would be of great help if someone would help me on how to edit the drop and exp ratio to 750 exp and 250 drop... I tried setting it in the ini file but still its not working. Any help would be appreciated.

well this isn't working... Is their any other areas i should edit. I put expratio to 1.0 and change the exp to what I want server/client side same and it only gives 350 exp.... So there is something else I have to edit.

Just edit your monster.csv server sided it will do the trick for xp+gold and about the drop rates visit itemset.csv ;)
