HardDiskDrive[s]

Hello PvP!
I have a problem with 2 HDDs.
The first one is full of bad sectors,... Regeneration pending... Yet so far 12k bad sectors.
[320GB Western Digital] I've got only 79GB free out of 320GB.The problem is, I cannot install any OS in it.[Hardware error, CHECK the image; And the red LED keep turned on]
Sometimes I get CRC error. Actually When I do move / copy a file larger than 1GB it happens.
Also, It's moving/copying speed is sightly reduced. [copy speed: 714Kbps]
Any solution how to fix / repair this damaged HDD?

And the second one, Takes too long to (let's say) run, under MiniXP[Hiren's boot CD].
When the windows Start up, It's impossible to open the disk, and it's partitions. Approximately 5-7minutes are required to do the action above. And when it finish, HDD disconnects (let's say) by itself and leaves only mirrors from the partitions. I am unable to execute any software while running the HDD [Samsung 80GB], like defragment, HDD reg, etc.
And I have to restore and move some of the written data.

Again, any solution for this one?

[sorry for my bad grammar, happens usually]

Thr Drive will be out of order.Try external help for rescure the Data.If Files are not importend, then send the drive to Western digital if the warranty ist not outdated.A Hard Drive ist nor so expensiv the it ist worth to try to fix the bad drive.

Or are The files on the drive very Important?

I think itīs better than you try to recover the Data.
