Can you translate to english, google dont work correctly ...

That is old bug which was fixed some time ago. I doubt that this is working again, but anyway's I do not have any account at the moment where I could test it ^^

True, I believe if you have 25 you can make all full 5/5, but anyway's the more you have, more you can have with this bug. And it's free to reset your skillpoints at the moment, so c'moon people try and watch your luck with it :D
