who download it say from:

Activtiy Shoes/Gloves to a Summer Set

how they change it ?

how can i change from Padding Slacks & Activity Shoes/Gloves/Envy Ranger to any Set Westren Boy/Master Set/any another Set How?

You replace the ids.
Eg: Change the basic shirt to underway shirt.
You find the basic shirt ID and replace it with underway jacket ID

yeah and how i change the Ids ? its not a Cheat Engine
