Looking for EP4.5 Shaiya program

I am looking for something to mess with on my computer to learn how to develop EP4.5 i have been playing shaiya for a long time and im interested in learning how to make a server how to change things.So if anyone knows where i can get the program i need to explore off line on my own pc and learn please tell me. EP4.5 IS MY LIFE lol

Use this it will provide the 4.5 installer server files and database just complete the instillation and install net frame 2.0 x64 or 32x an after install the important links the database and configuration files if you follow the steps others provided in their videos you will have your server.

just use the search engine in the upper right cornor or use the link in my signature to the index of development there u will find the most importan tutorials u will need to set ur server up.
