alright up until now my server is running under my public ip but recently i have purchased a website and i noticed that siedenKraft uses a web address instead of their actual IP

and one more think do i need to upload my database to the website

A domain is assigned to the IP
so lets say google's IP is : 51.51.51.51 (FOR EX)
So (google.com) = (51.51.51.51) ,
whether u use the domain or IP its assigned ur IP the domain anyways.
