1. put weapon on skillbar
2. disarm weapon
3. trade your friend
4. drag the weapon to the trade window
5. use skillbar to arm the weapon
6. confirm trade
Your friend will get the weapon. You will see the weapon in your hand/hands, but when you open your inventory you have no weapon armed. Your stats will stay the same as if your weapon was armed. how ever if you relog, you dont have the weapon (nothing).
Good way for exp and pvp if you dont have a nice weapon.
Worked on a Interlude server. probably works the same way with other gear.
