Guys where / what type of races and maps are neons easy to find? coz i didnt still found one yet. And is there a bot for farming it? help guys

It's random where you find a neon. The chance might be a little bit higher at the TE High Stakes; just use the QR Bot or for a group the QPWABot. The instructions how to use the specific bot, is written in their threads.
