If your game.exe won't open, you have the wrong IP Address.

I did everything with windows 7.
I connected a disk and I renamed D
I downloaded sql 2008 and configured according to the guide.
In the D drive, I created a folder, and I renamed SHAIYA_SERVER
I put in this folder Shaiya server lite v0-12.
I launched install_service, and made ​​me do the operations.
At the end Install_service I created a folder called Database, there are 12 files in database.
Then I installed Psm-Agent. Install, and restart the PC.
Next, I launched Psm-ServerMNG, I installed the service, and start all service.

That is because you didn't followed the tutorials properly. If you did it wont be any problem. Not even an error. There are huge list of questions and huge posts of answer like you are asking. Find them and follow them. I know people are lazy but we(Old Devs) did same way. Don't be lazy if you want to be a dev. If you are i can see that another fail server. Just saying no offense.
