Need help making server

Ok i got sql 2000 and put my ip in all the ini files. then tryed to run the server but it never connects. No firewalls and anything like that is on. I want to know when we install sql and it ask for username and password what do i put in? Do i have to match the all the usernames and passwords and with the data base? I dont understand how i went wrong with this server. If anyone with really good working know how has team viewer and willing to help, Please say so and i'll send my info for team viewer in a pm to you

Ok i got it on a dedicated box and it works finally. I'm looking for people with know how on building the server and modding the files. I'm trying to make a Dekaron server thats going to be around for along time. I hope:)

Update: Still needs alot of work to be done. Needs web page and sign up page and c-panal for coins and reborn's. O-boy . Make's my head hurt thinking on how much stuff there is to do and so little time to do it.

How did you get your dedicated to work? I can not get the server files to connect to the SQL on my dedicated

I mean the server will not connect to the SQL.. I am wondering what the OP did to get his working.

Maybe you are still using Chinese client they have difrent sings infront of names i dont remember what it is sorry :( but try to find it out! or you didnt do something right.

I already fixed that issue with gm account's. Still need to know about the sql and server box?
