Binaries are pretty much useless and you'll get pretty much zero support for them here.

meh, what I said was true, and remains true. But I got my expected infraction :D

anyhow, as pro4never said, you will get 0 support from here, you shouldn't use bins and people wont think much of you if you choose to do so, it's stolen.

as they all said binaries sucks . but still i'll try to help you.
some anti virus programs read some virus in the acc server .
so make sure to disable any anti virus you have on your vps.
and install all the programs it needs . like dot net frame work 3.5 (or lower i'm not sure) .
when you install the required programs and un-install the anti virus just download the acc server again and it should work perfect.

That's not the problem for sure.
