[RELEASE] Acme Admin Tool

this is for all pservers that have gms thats pretty much limited to do just smaller stuffs..

with this tool they can:

ban to botjail
unban from botjail
change names of users,pets,legions
award pps
ban users
unban users
add vip
broadcast
kickoutall
restart server (windows)
restart gameserver (msg,account,npc)
repair database
check which users are in botjail and for how long time and reason
check which users are banned and reason for that
run custom queries


only thing they need is a login to mysql

this way u can give them privileges without letting them remote your sever (security risk)

some features wont work before forcer release his wrapper on the community
but lots still work.. (msg server actions tab wont work until we releaes it)

just run the sql file to install the db and tables needed by the tool
please feel free to post request on future releaes so i can add them!

dont be stupid and try connect with the hosts thats already preconfigured use the ip to your own mysqlserver

(this info will be updated to look much better but im lazy atm.. just test it and ull see all the features :D)

do you have all .net installed?
try install 1.0 2.0 3.5 etc

should work after that ..

the last tab wont work until i release the wrapper (msg action tab)
the wrapper is setup so it will be run every 2 minutes (checking the gmtool db to see what should be done mainly from msg action tab)

the things that should work is all other tabs (except the timer of the botjail cuz the wrapper will remove the botjail ban when the time has run out from that user so you still have to remove it manually until then) rest is pretty much already said in first post..

what more you want answers on?

when i tryd the .exe i connected to db then on query i went to banned players but i dont use account i use just my can u tell us how to edit it
and can u change the backgroud cuz the text cant be read

Question what if you not useing a table. account you just using the my folder. How do you edit it so it goes to my not account.

Just put it where you will have possibility to access DB.
For example:

locally on server where you are running mysql.
run this tool
put in:
login: root (your mysql login)
pass: test (your mysql password)
localhost: my (your DB name)
and connect...

After this - you should be connected and new options will be available to use... like banning etc...

this tool was not public release ready, I will need to tweak it a bit so you guys will be able to configure things.

ehheh but some options - like fast baning- unbaning are working :) So even this was helpful for e.g. for me as it save me some times :)
