hi im an interested player but i live in canada. whenever i tried logging on and register, it wont let me go through. so does anyone have a way for me 2 get through this?

Do you mean official cabal?
If so :
Did you register at [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] that is for EU only.
You need to register att cabal.ogplanet.com that is the cabal for USA & Canada. Also called "Cabal NA"
