Bypass GM commands

I am GM in one server can ibypass my commands i dont have @summon or @item.. is there a program that i can get that commands

and no this is not possible! your gm lvl is set in the gmdb and if u got a low lvl u cant change anything! the only thing u can do, hack the root! ;)
