Good evening everybody,
My name is Julian and I’m from Romania.I live in Bucharest and I’m 16 years old.I tend to make lots of friends and hang out with them .I’m a nice, calm and patiently person that’s trying to help everyone.

Why do you want to be moderator?

The Silkroad Online section desperately needs an experienced member of the existing community to help to clean up the boards and keep people in check. Being a moderator would be a great experience and I think I would do a good job.
How much experience do you have with the issue from the forum you apply for a moderator job?

I have been a member of the Elitepvpers community for 1 year. Until September 2008 I just read the forum and never get involved in discussions. I’ve played Silkroad for almost 3 years. Lately I switched to private server because Isro was making me a lot of headaches .I’m currently learning Photoshop and I work on Joomla and Wordpress. I have a lot of experience on SRO, and I have used a lot of bots and proxies in my time. I have a very broad and in depth understand of Conquer and its protocols.
My English is pretty good as you can see and I also speak French to an Intermediate level. This year I will be learning German at my school.
I also still play Silkroad Online today on official & private servers so I’m up to date with the latest game developments.

Do you have enough time to visit the board averaged two days and to take an interest in the forum?

I have quite a lot of free time so I visit Elitepvpers very often. I spend 3 hours or more everyday to check what’s new and to answer questions from our forum members.

Do you took part there before you sent your application?

Yes, I have spent a lot of time within the elitepvpers community prior to my application.

Do you have a lot of patience with questions which you think thyselve that they are very stupid?

We'll I study in a school and have to deal with simple problems repeatedly; I guess this is the same thing. I can deal with people patiently on this forum or even on private messages.

Can you act well in general with other human beings?

I get along with most open minded people, if people generally are closed off or have a narrow mind I try my best to understand their problem so I can find a solution for them .I believe I can get along with every human being

Did you ever operated as an moderator before?

I have moderated on 1 other forum prior to this one and had my own forum.

After going through all of your posts, you seem to have helped a huge amount of users, but at some times spammed and back seat moderated. Your post count is good as well as your thanks, I think you would make a good moderator. Yes.

To be honest until now you are definately my favorite. I remember you as a helpful and active member and not only in one subforum of sro section. Your application is ok too. A clear Yes from me.

there are only a few members in the sro section that i keep in mind, but you are definitly one of them, so from me a +1.

I would call you the best english speaking romanian guy arround here.Your posts are adequate and "on topic".Well 90 % of them are.
