you can buy via bank transfer on many sites by using paypal without an paypal account you only have to fill in your data at paypal and they check it. . .correct me if im wrong

well since he mentioned he doesnt want to use paypall that info is useless(though ur right and its not ment to flame u)

there are numerous sites where u can buy with ur phone, bank transfer is a lil harder, couse u need a lot of info from there side, guess they wont accept it, u can always send em a mail with the question of they will accept it or not..
