You just have to copy it over the existing D3Prefs.txt, located in "My Documents/Diablo III/", and enjoy some more performance. You can play around with the value of MipBias, 2.000000 means better graphics then 9.999999. But be careful: if the value is too high, the bot isn't be able to recognize legendaries and the bot will not loot them anymore. If you broke the D3Prefs.txt, just delete it and launch D3 - it will create a completely new file.
