Almost all player have problem with repping, because 'premium' doesn't increase your repping speed. This is a known bug as well. BP is working on it. Maybe it will be fixed today.

you can fix it your own..
just buy or sell anything in tavern except pirates.
then it will work until you're sinked or logged out
