how to increase your chances to kill banshee?

i found some accs have big chances every banshee spawn to hit it the last hit however they not even full +7 accounts & the rest are full +12s but can get the last hit..is there any way to increase chances to get last hit?
notice all accounts at banshee are monks:confused:

Depends on how much TQ has changed things but proxies could generally attack faster (in xp mode you can spam attacks). Could be the case but really hard to say.

no last hit is random all depends on hit rate and agility along with luck
