No One Can Make third reborn from ReiacarnationSeer twice !! just 1 time But if i restarted the source he can reborn one more !!! How it can be fixed or which part i have to search to repair !!

You do understand that if people is not able to understand what you are saying the first time, repeat exactly the same content won't help, don't you?

i didn't repeat save content i have edited it and send it again in a replay to alert him with a new post !!

all i understood that players cannot Reincarnate more than 1 time and when he Restarts the Server they can Reincarnate One more time

Players on my server are unable to reincarnate multiple times without logging off. The system works just fine for their first reincarnation but they are unable to do so again without the server having been restarted.

You answered your own question. If they can reborn after the server restarts, or they re-log into the game then it's a server side check where you are not letting them be reincarnated. Look at the code for the npc and you're likely to find a check in there which is not passing. Breakpoints are your friend.
