I think everyone knows that UW will go down* in a bit more than 1 Month
A lot of people are thinking now '' Oh my god i bought premium and i have 1 mill urdium left ... oh no my money is lost ''
But that's not right ;)
Before you registered your Account, you needed to accept the general terms and conditions <GTC> of the Game, ( I think all of you read these GTC :D )
There stay's that you have the right to demand a compensation if BP close your conract ( Bad english i know ) xD
So BP shut down the Servers so you can use this right now
You have 2 Options based on GTC:
1. Write to Support and want a refund ( first make a list of all the refundable things ( Uridium , Premium days and more ) - Maximum is 200Euro - You can only ask for a refund of material things ( EP , Honor , Invested Time etc is all excluded )
2. You can ask for a transfer to an other Game from BP ( It will be exchanged to the new game currency )
Example: You have 100 Days Premium and 500'000 Uridium on UW - You could let it exchange for 500'000 Pearls and 100 day's premium in Seafight..
You have just this 2 Options if you want your money ( or a part of your money ) back
Or your 3. option is waiting until game is closed and then crying that you lost all your money...

Alles verloren? -Nein, das ist es nicht!
Bei eurer Registrierung habt ihr die Allgemeinen geschäftsbedingungen (AGB) sicherlich alle gründlich gelesen und akzeptiert. ;-)
In diesen steht nämlich geschrieben, dass ihr das Recht auf Entschädigung habt, falls Bigpoint die Server schließt.
Da Bigpoint die server nun schließt, habt ihr die Möglichkeit, von diesem recht gebracuh zu machen.
es gibt 2 Optionen:
1. Den Support anschreiben, dass ihr gerne eine Entschädigungszahlung hättet. Dazu müsst ihr eine Liste mit zu entschädigenden "Gegenständen" machen (URI, Premium etc.). Die maximale Entschädigung beträgt 200€!!
EP, Ehre und investierte Zeit etc. werden nicht erstattet.
2. Ihr könnte um einen Transfer auf ein anderes Spiel von Bigpoint bitten. So könnte ihr zum Beispiel aus 50 Tagen Premium und 500.000 Uri 50 Tage Premium und 500.000 Perlen auf euren Seafight Account buchen lassen (Oder DO, oder was Bigpoint sonst noch betriebt)
Das sind eure 2 Optionen, um eurer Geld (zumindest einen Teil) wieder zu bekommen.
Oder aber ihr schaut dabei zu, wie die server Offline gehen und fangt an zu weinen :P
