Scab muchh? I believe there was a thread where someone requested it and another user scripted a captchaless regi page. I prefer captcha because then people can't overload it but thats just me :)

1st Welcome back as i Didn't see you Online for along time
2nd This Register Page is needed sometimes some noob Browsers like Internet Explorer can't Send the Letters to Captcha right and also in some Websites when you do iframe to the Register.php sometimes the Captcha doesn't Appear to Captcha isn't needed at all

I guess you have a point there. I have scripting skills, well atleast to get through the problems you spoke of. Although people will want a register page thats nice and easy. I wasn't putting it down. Just saying that I thought it's been released previously. Thanks btw.

capcha protection is made to prevent flooding
its kinda easy to write program that autogenerate accounts and flood your server

How do you host? You host by your self Like in your Computer or a VPS or you bought a website? If you Host by your self, and use Xampp, Put in C:\xampp\htdocs\ Or if your using Wamp, C:\wamp\www\ . Tell how you host, Ill explain more.

im using webs.com >.> i didnt pay for nothing and i need a register link and a donwload link to my server. idc bout anything else like ranks and that

You can't make a register page or host your client on webs.com. You can post a link to a register page hosted on your computer or a download link that points them to megaupload or another download site though.

This is what a server website would look like hosted on webs.com [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
Notice that once you reach the main page that the register link points on a different page and the download links point to a file hosting website.

can you teach me how to make a website? easly please, like so i just run a program and it creates the register and download already, i had it before and it worked perfctly, but no1 else was able to see it but i had to fix my oem file, and now i cant view the page, can u give me a link to a website thats free and i can add my own register page and download link, cause i tried useing my server files, i compressed it to a .rar file and went to upload it to megaupload but wouldent work, i need the register nd download link to be automaticaly added by itself or if u can help me, it would be awsome, thanks
