Need ppl to help

Im tired of hopping pservers, and the ppl currently making them are not the brightest crayons in the box, so I'm saying screw it and making my own. What I need is anyone who can seriously help and has the time to do so. unfortunetly there are more than enough and copied server's arround.
and all the good dev's are working on their own servers.
so i guess it will be kinda difficult to find someone over here.
but i wish you good luck on finding someone.
