PBDO Problem

anyone know this prob and help me ? [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] when i wake up in the morning last day and open pbdo i got this prob anyone have solution to fix this i already try to allowed pbdo on firewall, run as administrator , reinstall , redownload it but still got this prob

im using laptop and when i log in on internet cafe it seems no problem i dont know why this pbdo isnt working on my laptop
