Help in 125 skills

hi guys
i got problem in 3 of new skills of warrior
when do it just no thing happens skill icon load and monster get killed
i think it's ANI_ATTACK_%
it is 81 and when i changed it to 80 it work the same as the old skill
hope i get solution of that
