Twice :) if u have dmg over 7k without powder it seems suspect , it depends on your server , use it as you like =)

bug is still working

ban depends on:

server you play - the bigger server, bigger the chance to get banned
way you play - more you sink the greater a chance to be reported to support by crying noobs
place in rankings - higher ranked players are checked quite systematically

overall:
if you are at the middle of the ranking, playing rather quiet and peacefully then chance to get banned is equal to 0
if you fit to any of the conditons mentioned above then you have a reason to be scared of getting banned
