S/S Pure Int?

alright so im lvl 21 and makeing a nuker full int but what masterys i was looking on google and sombody said 90 fire 70 bicheon 70 fire 70 light 70 cold but then i just was told that skill cap is 70 so idk what to do please sombody help i want stroungest build for the nuker masterys please if thats possible!

Exact this build i gonna do. Skill cap is 70, but u can skill the last skill to max. So i gonna do 8/1 Int nuker. Fire 90 (no fire wall), light 70 (no nukes/no imbue), ice 70 (just def buffs) and bicheon 70 (KnockDowns and Stabs). If u wanna do more PvP then i would advise u to skill more str (like 8/1 or 7/2).

My Nuker is 90, 90 ice 90 light 90 cold, 60 force (Just for fun), and it KICKS ass, hes pure int and he he's fully pimped, take a look at my HP, i kick the ass.

crit 5 is no kick ass weapon^^
And its NEVER full int. Cause if u are full int lvl90 u have 21k MP without INT on your Armor. This is a 8/1 or 7/1 nuker.

90 ice 90 lightening 90 bicheon is what i meant and it's 8:1 and thats the regular s/s build, pure int was popular around the time when the level cap was 70, so 8:1 was obvious so thats what i meant as pure int, and about the weapon stats:
So u'r saying you prefer a high crit weapon rather then a 80% mag reinforce & 80% mag empwr weapon?

A kick as weapon have super stats. I prefer a non full blue weapon with high dmg/crit rather then a full blue weapon with god dmg but low crit^^

Only melee skill i use is Demon Blade force, so u'r saying it's worth having 11crit for example and loosing 80% mag reinforcements? damn........... think about it

Yeah thats all a nuker should use just kd/stabs. I didnt say, that u should have 0magic and 80% crit. If u have high crit u dont need a rly high dmg. A Sword with crit11+ magic40% gonna kill u faster then a crit 5 80 magic.

Since highest nuke is lv 68 for the lightening, that makes sense, on isro that's just crap

be ready to be pwned by me (RockSaitex) tomorow getting my silk and starting to get 100% full blue +5 set and +7 weapon ur 13.5k will be nothing for me :D
