you either have spyware or the wrong copy of cheat engine, try get the one released on elitepvpers, i have had no pop ups or anything. what ever you do DO NOT give credit card or any other information.

It's an April Fools Day joke. Your Cheat Engine will work fine. I've been using my copy all day, and it gave me the same message.
If you go to the CE website that the message directs you too, it even says "April Fools Day"!
