Skill: (If you can give the skill ID. that would be great!)
Clicks: (0 to 200 is enough for you to not get dc'd on your server)
Delay: y/n?

FAQ:
Q: Can i use your rPE filters on a private server?
A: Yep! As long as the server doesn't have any Harmony or Gameguard on it (Unless you can bypass it. Yeah just request!)

Q: Does this filter works on a server that has skill cooldowns even 0.5sec?
A: The filter won't be effective as it is on a no-cooldown server ;)

Q: Can i kiss you?
A: Uhh, depends?

I don't really care if i can bypass the program or not. since i don't play that much RO. And i don't play servers with that crappy harmony. that's too much lag for me.

It's not a program prolly. it's a filter for rPE. simply redox packet editor

Cold Bolt

NOTE: Only give 2 clicks, 1 click is enuf because it sends too many clicks
