CE for zhu xian please

i just want to ask anyone specially to those who try or maybe know how CE can work for zhu xian can anyone give me a help here hope you can help me with my problem

Ce is just memory editing and also you can do speed hack with CE but i noticed that even if you speed hack the attack speed is still normal! also skill cooldowns the same! it only makes you run faster! you can only edit client side things not server side!
