about the big private-servers that earned tons of $ ?
What they're doing about big private-servers generally? What about small ones, what about the rest of them?
Still waiting for the opportunity or praying to 'qod' ?
What they are waiting for ?
Clarify me please o-o

Sending letters to server owners so they'll be fıll scared, but that's all.

they simply do not care in my opinion

they do care.
But these lawsuits cost a lot of money.
Seeing the amount of private servers out there, and the tiny amount of money they make, joymax will not earn money by suing them. in fact joymax won't even make 0 out of it. rather -$.

The time when there was only 1 private server, which was making huge amounts of money, it actually was worth for joymax to sue them. But nowadays, they will only sue (if they do at all) profitable servers who can pay the lawsuit costs.

thye do care
but at the same time, they care more about the money the will lose if they start making lawsuits
even sending the letters to the server cost them

Was talking about latest private servers which were built by public files.. (ecsro, elitesro won tons of $$, right)

A lawsuit takes time and it's not completed in a couple of days. I'm pretty sure that we'll see the first case since ecsro very soon.

Joymax know the files are public. So they use common sense in terms of business. A single lawsuit takes alot of time and money. Would there be any benefit to Joymax closing the biggest earning private server down? No! Why?

Because they close the number one server down and then another takes thier place. So it's pointless in the long run. The players are the ones who run the show. They are the ones who made Joymax thier money but they are also the ones who make the pserver scene what it is today.
If the biggest pserver closed down all the players would run to the next pserver and make it the number 1.

Absolutely nothing a lawsuit can do against this.

pserver mostly are for fun(and for some extra cash)
there are no big companies and the chances that the company is gonna pay a fraction of what Joymax ask is slim
so, speaking with money, Joymax wont do a thing aside from scaring little servers with letters(which IMO are not even signed or reviewed by a lawyer)

So, in short, it means everyone who owns a server is virtually safe?

That also means that psro scene will die not because of a "big hand above us", but by itself - by the (lack of) players, that is. (Which won't happen in the close future)
