Error when tries to open ecsro

Hi everybody, i just dled ecsro and all that.
But when i opens it it comes with an error:
(the title) " Silkroad online"
(the message) ????????????
?????????????????

help me plz

Today when i was trying open ECSRO launcher then it said that thre was ongoing server inspection or update.
Help plzz.

i have downloaded and instaled ECSRO and i have donloaded ECSRO Englisch media.pk2
and copied it to ECSRO but now it said that Silkroad fail to excute [error code2]
Can you plzz help me?
