[Error]Wrong PC Class: war

Have you edited your DekaronServer? If you have, it looks really much like you've fucked up the skillfile classname parser code. If not try checking the b_special1.csv for any invalid character (non visible) at the WAR text line.

You must be change the skill index number. Lower than that number.

"Share\skill\skilltable.csv, Share\skill\The skill csv file, Script\ui\com\imagetable.txt skill_icon number"

You will get working. I had fixed long time ago.
You seems be using core dekaron based client.

I've solved this problem out. The problem was on DekaronServer.exe, and 4the, no, I'm not using Core-Dekaron client. :-P
